1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you represent that this is the case. We may request photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, breaks our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable conduct standards.

6. Gaming

Gaming at our property follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits may be set at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. Valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Sapphirevalleyroyal or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by International law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
